Hi, I’m Jess!
At the heart of my work is a genuine passion for supporting individuals and families to achieve meaningful outcomes and access regional services they need.
My journey into Speech Pathology was inspired by personal experiences within the disability sector and a strong commitment to improving access to quality speech pathology. I love the diversity of the profession and the opportunity to work alongside people across different stages of life and communication journeys. Taking a neuro-affirming and person-centred approach, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where participants and their families feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe in working collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and other professionals to develop holistic, goal-focused supports that build confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life. I am also passionate about advocating for the needs of individuals and families, increasing understanding of autism, and helping people navigate the support process with clarity and confidence.
